How billing works
- All payments processed through Google Play Billing. Use your existing Google account.
- Cancel anytime from Play Store → Subscriptions. Your access continues through the period you've paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Google. See our refund policy.
- Subscription is per-farm, not per-user. Add teammates without paying extra (up to your tier's seat limit).
- Pricing shown is for the US. Local-currency pricing is displayed by Google Play at checkout.
Frequently asked
Can I switch tiers?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime in Play Store. Downgrades preserve your data; over-limit records become read-only until you upgrade again.
Do you offer a discount for non-profits, extension agents, or students?
Yes. Email us at support@headlandcropmanagement.com with your affiliation and we'll send a redemption code for a comped tier.
iPhone?
Android only at v1. iOS is on the roadmap; the work is bounded by Apple's App Store IAP integration, not by the rest of the app.
What if I want to pay by invoice / PO?
Not supported for individual subscriptions in v1. If you're an enterprise operator with multiple farms and need consolidated invoicing, contact us.
